Product Engineer (MSDA & BACKGRIND)

Qualifications​:​

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.​
• At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.​
• Knowledgeable in BACKGRIND process.​
• Knowledgeable in MOUNT SAW & DIE ATTACH process.​
• Knowledgeable in cost DEVELOPMENT.​
• Knowledgeable in 7QC tools, FMEA, 8D.​
