Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application support to clients via email, phone, and portal
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet service level agreements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, network, and hardware issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams on work processes and project deliverables
  • Track client issues, provide timely updates, and manage client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Experience in tech support, troubleshooting, and IT systems preferred
  • Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and JIRA is a plus
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
