Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support to clients via email, phone, and portal
- Manage multiple priorities and meet service level agreements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, network, and hardware issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on work processes and project deliverables
- Track client issues, provide timely updates, and manage client expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Experience in tech support, troubleshooting, and IT systems preferred
- Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and JIRA is a plus
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
