URGENT: Finance Manager | Davao City | Day Shift | Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department.
2. Collect, interpret, and review financial information.
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
4. Report to management and stakeholders and provide advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
5. Review, monitor and manage budgets.
6. Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
7. Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
8. Analyze market trends and competitors.
9. Meet financial accounting objectives.
10. Ensure to establish and maintain fiscal files and accounting records to document transactions and implement internal controls.
11. Ensure that company-required government permits and licenses are complied with for continued operations.
12. Ensure compliance to Tax Laws and other related laws / guidelines / rules / IRRs from related regulatory bodies.
13. Review supplier contracts and provide inputs to ensure optimum protection of companys interest.
14. Lead, train, or coach team members for assured success.
15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
2. With at least 10 years proven experience in Finance and Accounting.
3. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases as well as ERP system.
4. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform within deadlines.
6. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
7. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Analytical abilities and good problem-solving skills.
10. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
11. With effective leadership skills.

Work Setup: Onsite at Barangay Darong, Davao (employee shuttle is available)
Shift Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 8AM-5PM
