Sales Trainer (Night Shift Onsite in Cebu City)

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of training experience in a BPO environment.
• At least 2nd-year college undergraduate, vocational diploma, associates degree, or college graduate.
• Sales training experience (sales or upselling background) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing corrective actions or remediation where needed.
2. Complete required certification courses before leading any training sessions.
3. Adhere to the training schedule and curriculum for agents and/or representatives.
4. Conduct training assessments to evaluate trainees' progress and understanding.
5. Train new hires on process and product knowledge.
6. Identify coaching and training needs of new entrants and provide targeted support for their development.
7. Deliver refresher or remedial training sessions to ensure continued learning.
8. Support various floor training initiatives, including resolution, communication, and vitality training.
