RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aligned with our Procurement vertical and help us in the process of finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process. Procurement is used to ensure the buyer receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared.
- You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding, and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposal, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. The procurement support team focuses on analyzing and designing the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes. The team is responsible for planning the implementation based on a detailed understanding of the technologies involved. The role may require for you to provide ongoing maintenance of suppliers, create catalogue content, and maintain user authorization data. The team also utilizes procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions and maximize compliance.
- In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
- The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
- Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within the company, involving matters that may require acceptance of alternate approach.
- Some latitude in decision-making is involved.
- You will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on are of responsibility.
- The person manages large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role at a client or within the company)

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 CL 7 Procurement Operations Manager
- At least 8-12 years experience in sourcing/procurement; at least 5-10 managerial experience
- Has good communications and soft skills Has good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Relevant project and process management experience required Must be a good team player.
- Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks.
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
- Microsoft Office skills
