Overview

  • Using an established suite of reports and your excellent analytical skills you will conduct detailed analysis of key processes and identify risks to success rates & revenue.
  • You will generate and present detailed reports to your line management (to VP level) and propose mitigating actions and courses of escalation to remove/reduce those risks.
  • You will be multi skilled in all aspects of processing, tracking & monitoring the billing for our International subscription members on our Helix platform to provide cover for holidays & absence.

Responsibilities

  • All of the following analysis must be performed for the whole of our Webloyalty processing EU, UK, LATAMand US:
  • Reply Reasons & Trend Reporting (daily)
  • Conduct detailed analysis of key processes through the suite of trend reports and identify any unexpected or unacceptable levels of behaviour relating to success rates, declined responses and volumes across a multitude of geographies, clients, issuers and BINs (including basic P&L reports):
    • Verifications & authorizations real time
    • Authentications 3DS
    • Recurring billing
    • Refunds
  • Net Billing Success & Profitability Dashboards (weekly)
    • Review and identify any trends, peaks & troughs which indicate potential issues with specific markets, clients, issuers and/or BINs
    • Present to and work alongside the Global Payment Operations Manager to resolve issues internally and/or via our Acquirers/Vendors
  • Ancillary Process Analysis (daily / weekly)
    • Use existing Quicksight, Cognos and SAS tools to complete detailed analysis & identify any trends, peaks & troughs which indicate potential issues with either the process itself or specific markets, clients, issuers, BINs and escalate to line management
  • Account Updater
  • Accuity (bank detail verification)
  • Welcome Reward to Credit Card
  • Invoicing (ad hoc)
    • Code invoices from our 3rd party vendors & processors (within 24 hours of receipt) on our in-house Documentation system
    • Maintain tracking sheets for invoices
    • Flag any unexpected charges to your Manager and assist in resolving any issues Support
  • Where additional levels of data are required for a more detailed analysis on any of the above or from our business partners:
    • create and run structured query language (SQL) across multiple databases to extract the data
    • use a variety of mediums (Excel, Powerpoint) to present your results to clearly show where issues have arisen and the impact of those issues (members and revenue) to VP Level
    • Maintain up -to-date playbooks for all processes
    • Provide cover when the Helix Associate is absent

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 1 years experience of working in a fast paced automated payment processing environment(preferred)
  • Minimum 1 years experience in an analyst role
  • Minimum 1 years experience creating and executing intermediary structured query language (SQL) enquiries for data analysis
  • Knowledge of credit/debit card and bank processing within EU, UK, LATAM & US (preferred)
  • A self-starter, with the ability to deliver high-quality work, and adapt to new challenges
  • Able to efficiently manage own workload, under pressure and where priorities can change at short notice
  • Proven delivery under pressure
  • Literate and numerate with strong (written and oral) communications skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • An eye for detail and right-first-time accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build relationships in order to work in a collaborative manner with partners
