About the job Call Center Agent - Cebu (CSR or TSR or sales)
**Now Hiring: Call Center Agents with English Proficiency Cebu City (On-Site)**
TASQ is actively seeking call center agents for on-site positions in Cebu City. Please ensure your phone is accessible, as initial interviews will take place via phone call.
**Ideal Candidates Should Have:**
- Proficient English communication abilities
- At least a high school diploma (according to the old curriculum) or higher
- Open to applicants with or without prior experience
- Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City
- Flexibility to be assigned across various sectors, including retail, travel, insurance, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications
**Available Positions and Qualifications:**
**Account A**
- Minimum requirement: high school education
- BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory
**Account B**
- High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience and a valid drivers license; OR
- High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo); OR
- At least 2 years of college education with 1 year of BPO experience; OR
- 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience; OR
- 2 years in college with 1 year of financial-related BPO background; OR
- College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in insurance)
**Account C**
- At least 2 years of BPO experience in a Customer Service Representative role
- Must demonstrate stable employment history (limited job changes)
- Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma (from the old curriculum)
**For Sales Positions:**
- Proven track record in sales with accolades or recognition for high performance
- Strong abilities in relationship development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
