TASQ is urgently looking to fill an on-site position for an Operations Assistant Manager (Sales - Telco).

**Position Overview: Operations Assistant Manager (Sales - Telco)**

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Coordinates daily operations and facilitates the implementation of short- to medium-term activities within the team.

- Provides input on policies, processes, and standards, with a focus on tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.

- Manages a diverse team comprised of specialists and support roles, taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle.

**Essential Requirements:**

- At least 1 year of sales experience

- Experience with outbound and inbound sales

- Available to start immediately

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

**Work Arrangement:** On-site (Ortigas)
