**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the BPO industry.
- Responsible for overseeing process trainers, Assistant Managers, and Lead Assistant Managers in alignment with the process.
- The role involves coaching and mentoring process trainers, Assistant Managers, and Lead Assistant Managers, facilitating training sessions as needed, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and developing action plans to address any knowledge gaps.
