DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Manager for Office Services will be responsible for independently managing tenant representation transactions, driving business development, and achieving personal sales targets. The role requires expertise in office services, strong client relationship managementskills, and the ability to execute strategies that contribute to the company's overall revenue goals. The Manager will also support internal processes, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate with other business lines to offer integrated solutions.

Sales Perspective:

  • Achieve 100% of individual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Attend client pitches and deliver tailored office services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for key clients, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Continuously improve personal sales processes for efficiency.
  • Attend at least one business development event monthly to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-sell services from other business lines to maximize client value and revenue potential.

Customer Perspective:

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend meetings with landlords to negotiate favorable terms and stay informed about market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to support client transactions effectively.

Internal Process:

  • Keep CRM records up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with peers to align business objectives.

Regularly update the pipeline report to ensure transparency of deal progress.

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely collection of payments from clients and the accurate billing of all accounts in accordance withcompany policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance Department to address any discrepancies and ensure that all financial transactions related to sales are properly recorded and reconciled.
