TASQ is looking for call center agents who speak Arabic and English to work on site in Cebu City ASAP.
Job Title:CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Arrangement:On Site
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
- Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their travel arrangements are satisfactory and address any post-travel feedback or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service Role is REQUIRED.
- Specific proven experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
- Excellent Communication Skills in both Arabic and English.
