Retirement Specialist | FINRA 7 & 24 | Hybrid

w/ FINRA-related bonus!

Work schedule: Nightshift, weekends off

Work set-up: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Location: McKinley West, Taguig

Qualifications:

• Must have a FINRA license: Series 7 and Series 24
• Excellent understanding of the Financial and Retirement Services industry
  
• At least 2 years of related (financial services industry) work experience
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and telephone skills required
• Requires good computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications
• Must possess the ability to obtain the necessary knowledge of applicable business unit systems, work under limited supervision, and exercise independent judgment
• Amenable to work on hybrid setup (3x/week RTO) in McKinley, Taguig, and night/shifting schedules.

Job Description

• Receive inbound contacts from individual investors, distribution partners, and/or clients, ensuring all transactions are accurately completed and appropriate forms and information are provided with a satisfactory resolution of the situation. When necessary, apply advanced skills and knowledge to research the situation and respond to the caller, escalating the situation to the next level as appropriate.
• Complete the necessary documentation in all utilized systems.
• May be asked to provide mentoring and training for less experienced team members.
• Proactively educate and promote technology conveniences to customers for more efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.
