Work Setup:

• Onsite
• Fixed Hours: 9AM - 6PM EST
• Shifting Schedule

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of college education or a college degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience training banking contact center teams

Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
• Strong experience in training
• Exceptional coaching and people management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of US banking regulations and the Ring Fence transfer scheme is preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts
