To qualify, you must have/be:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, and Python
• At least 6 years of experience as an RPA Developer
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a midshift to nightshift schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Development, Validation, and Support: Implement activities aligned with architecture requirements to ensure high service quality. Conduct impact analysis and create design specifications based on high-level designs.
• Knowledge Management: Engage in activities to enhance service offerings within the company's guidelines.
• Requirements Gathering: Understand both functional and non-functional requirements through specifications and collaboration with Business Analysts.
• Architecture Understanding: Review application architecture documents and collaborate with the architecture/design team for a comprehensive understanding.
• Development: Develop and review code, documentation, and unit tests, ensuring thorough testing and documentation for application readiness.
• Implementation: Execute Go Live activities to ensure smooth application deployment.
• Additional Responsibilities: Involve testing, production support, maintenance, and ongoing knowledge management.
