Job Description: BPO Trainer Senior Associate
TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a BPO Trainer Senior Associate in Alabang.

Key Requirements:
- Completion of a 4-year course.
- Experience in team management or individual contributions.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a trainer in the BPO/shared services industry, specializing in training soft skills, effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture.
- Preferably with a background or knowledge in Tech Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
- Willingness to work on-site in Alabang.
Job Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis:
- Accurately identify training needs.
- Provide ongoing support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance.
Curriculum and Course Design:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design methodologies.
Content Development:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of content development and adhere to appropriate methodologies.
Course Delivery:
- Possess effective training techniques and methods.
Research Methodology:
- Basic knowledge of research methodology and principles for ethical and effective research.
Partnering:
- Collaborate closely with various functions and stakeholders.
- Work effectively with client teams, ensuring cross-cultural communication.
People Management:
- Build and lead cross-cultural teams.
- Manage conflicts effectively.
Planning, Organizing, and Administrative Skills:
- Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, agent evaluation, training feedback, and utilization reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling, CS domain, reports, and TIG/Facilities interactions.
- Optimize available resources when scheduling training.
- Ensure timely execution of training plans and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within processes and the team.
