TASQ is currently seeking bilingual call center agents fluent in Spanish and English for on-site positions in Cebu City. We are looking for motivated, customer-oriented individuals who can deliver excellent support in a dynamic work environment.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Confidently communicate with customers in both Spanish and English through phone, chat, or email.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems with professionalism and precision.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and offer feedback when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold exceptional service standards.
**What Were Looking For:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Must currently reside in Cebu City or nearby provinces, or be willing to relocate.
- Availability to work on-site at our Cebu City office.
- Must be reachable for interview scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Foreign applicants must possess a valid Philippine work visa.
