Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure updation and management of data related to client accounts (forecasting, scheduling and performance), provide timely & accurate analysis through MIS reports and dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design & generate MIS reports as per business requirements
2. Timely data collection from various stakeholder
3. Identifying data discrepancies
4. On-time reporting of MIS reports to internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- atleast 2-4 years of relevant experience in workforce management
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent in MS Excel & number crunching
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting standards
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift Schedule | Restdays: Shifting
Educational Requirement: Under Grad / Bachelor's Degree/ HS Diploma
