Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment to ensure hiring goals are met
- Provide strategic insights based on experience to maximize recruiting efforts
- Implement strategic hiring procedures
- Partner with the Operation and Client Service team to confirm hiring needs
- Act as Recruiting liaison with client contacts and representatives
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures
- Directly interact with job applicants and respond to initial queries
- Maintain and monitor applicant submissions to ensure timely follow-up
- Oversee recruitment systems (Bamboo HR, RAMP) to track and manage candidate information
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Recommend qualified candidates to relevant departments for further evaluation
- Coordinate and oversee any required assessments for candidates
- Establish clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team to ensure effective performance
- Train, mentor, and supervise recruiters to ensure adherence to company processes and recruitment best practices
Required Knowledge and Skills
- 2 + years experience in recruiting
- Ability to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours with the possibility of working outside of scheduled hours.
