Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment to ensure hiring goals are met
  • Provide strategic insights based on experience to maximize recruiting efforts
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures
  • Partner with the Operation and Client Service team to confirm hiring needs
  • Act as Recruiting liaison with client contacts and representatives
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures
  • Directly interact with job applicants and respond to initial queries
  • Maintain and monitor applicant submissions to ensure timely follow-up
  • Oversee recruitment systems (Bamboo HR, RAMP) to track and manage candidate information
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
  • Recommend qualified candidates to relevant departments for further evaluation
  • Coordinate and oversee any required assessments for candidates
  • Establish clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team to ensure effective performance
  • Train, mentor, and supervise recruiters to ensure adherence to company processes and recruitment best practices

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • 2 + years experience in recruiting
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours with the possibility of working outside of scheduled hours.
