Job Description:
- A Sales Coach will help identify skills and opportunities for growth, creating a tailored program to improve performance.
- The Sales Coach should be able to use one-on-one sessions to target transferable skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Comms Coach profile
- At least 2 years of BPO Sales Coach experience
- Or at least 3 years of experience in Sales within a BPO environment.
- Candidates with a sales background in the telecommunications industry will also be considered.
- Undergrads with experience are allowed
- No course restriction
- Proficient in spoken English and comprehension skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Monitor onboarding and set goals for assigned teams.
- Design and prepare training courses and materials specific to sales motion.
- Have a good understanding of sales techniques and establish rapport with the team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith minimal mother tongue influence.
- Provide resolutions to customers based on process knowledge and training, utilizing the companys internal CRM and customer purchase orders.
- Gather customer information efficiently, fulfill needs, educate customers to prevent future contacts, and document interactions in internal systems.
- Create and drive sales campaigns based on project needs.
- Demonstrate good grammar and the ability to probe effectively and comprehend well.
- Exhibit a willingness to help customers by taking ownership of issues.
- Present solutions to customers and add value during calls.
- Summarize conversations while providing resolutions.
- Access internal systems to obtain accurate information and provide customer service management with data for reports.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Think outside the box and contribute to project ideation in a dynamic and innovative environment.
