College Graduate

Life Sciences Graduate, Engineering (medical, biomedical, chemistry)

Requirements:

Good communications skills and stakeholder management

Preferred: experience in complaint handling and medical device, or healthcare accounts

Can consider telco, sales, financial background as long as they meet

Atleast 3yrs. ops management experience and has the required degree

Overall work experience is not less than 7yrs. in BPO environment
