Quality Assistant Manager (Pasay)

Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in an QA AM/ TL role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
• Knowledge in Quality tools and analysis
• Experience in IFinancial (prefer)
• Must have understanding on NPS calculation/CSAT
• Knowledge on Quality framework deployment in new transitions
• 6 years experience in BPO
