Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a service desk LoB in the BPO industry
  • 2 years experience in knowledge base (KB) management
  • Must have experience in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledgebase articles under a service desk account
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Web design experience is also a plus
