About the job Urgent | Facilities and Administration Manager | Hybrid
Work schedule: Midshift (starts as early as 2:00 pm), weekends off
Work set-up: Hybrid, 3 days in onsite
Requirements:
- 10 years in facilities management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- With the following certifications:
- PCO (Pollution Control Officer Certification)
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) - Safety Officer 3 - Managing Head
- From the BPO/Shared Services Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Heads the entire facilities and administration in the PH
- Facility upkeep, health and safety, security of staff and premises, Cafeteria and shuttle management
- Maintenance and of critical equipment and infrastructure like electrical, AC, UPS etc.,
- Reports, inventory and compliance record upkeep, handling audits
- Compliances and regulatory tasks PEZA
- Budget Planning, vendor management
- Guest management, travel
- Working closely with the landlords staff, internal stakeholders
