Work schedule: Midshift (starts as early as 2:00 pm), weekends off

Work set-up: Hybrid, 3 days in onsite

Requirements:

  • 10 years in facilities management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • With the following certifications:
    - PCO (Pollution Control Officer Certification)
    - BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) - Safety Officer 3
  • Managing Head
  • From the BPO/Shared Services Industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Heads the entire facilities and administration in the PH
  • Facility upkeep, health and safety, security of staff and premises, Cafeteria and shuttle management
  • Maintenance and of critical equipment and infrastructure like electrical, AC, UPS etc.,
  • Reports, inventory and compliance record upkeep, handling audits
  • Compliances and regulatory tasks PEZA
  • Budget Planning, vendor management
  • Guest management, travel
  • Working closely with the landlords staff, internal stakeholders
