Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails
  • Addressing customer concerns, needs and requirements
  • Answer and resolve customer questions
  • Document transaction items with customers in the system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills with program and product knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed at least Senior High School (SHS) or 2nd year in college without back subjects
  • No experience is required
  • Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
  • Willing to work fully onsite in Greenhills, San Juan
  • Can start ASAP
  • Conversant in English
