About the job Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails
- Addressing customer concerns, needs and requirements
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Document transaction items with customers in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills with program and product knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Completed at least Senior High School (SHS) or 2nd year in college without back subjects
- No experience is required
- Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
- Willing to work fully onsite in Greenhills, San Juan
- Can start ASAP
- Conversant in English
