Profile

  • B2C call type talking to customers of major e-Commerce / online retail platform in Japan
  • Call types: Availability of items, Refunds and returns, Logistics / delivery status
  • 5 days Rotating shift - starts at 6am 12am. 2 days off 

Key Qualifications

  • Willing to work from home with stable internet connection (at least 50MBPs)
  • Willing to relocate to Malaysia early January 2025 (to be confirmed with Service Delivery if required)
  • Language Requirement: 
    • English proficiency not required as training will be in Japanese 
    • Profile 1: For Native Speakers knowledge of Kanji script 
    • Profile 2: JLPT N1 or N2 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese Speakers, with 6 months work experience using Japanese language
    • Profile 3: JLPT N3 or N4 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese speakers, with at least 6 years work experience in using Japanese language
  • For Retail LOB: Preferably with 6 months to 1 year customer service experience as it will require conversational and typing skills
