Analytics and Modeling Senior Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE:

This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to the company's clients through analytics and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data & AI In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduates
• At least 12 years of experience practicing data analytics (preferably in the BPO industry)
• Excellent Client Management, Project Management and Presentation
• Skills with Executive Presence.
• Skills in any of the statistical software such as R, SAS, STATA, Python programming etc.
• Functional Experience - Good knowledge of customer and sales operations. Understands BPO Industry, contact center SLAs/KPIs.
• Contact center experience and prior experience in growing a business is preferred.
• The role is open to P44

• Have good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling
