Job Summary:

  • Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, developing, implementing, managing & monitoring Sales Programs. Analyzes results: identifying new markets and providing recommendations on acquiring new accounts in accordance with the Company's thrust of building and acquiring new & quality card base; recommends strategies in acquiring new accounts with low acquisition cost.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees activities such as inquiries, commission pay out and handling of service issues of the entire program.
  • Monitors the over-all performance of the branches.
  • Plans and conceptualizes Sales program proposals suitable to the needs of the YGC partners at a low acquisition cost.
  • Develops Sales Programs in accordance with the Company's Group target requirement.
  • Prepares and conducts sales presentation to possible business contacts to significantly increase sales.
  • Conducts orientation in accordance with the guidelines and procedure of the sales program.
  • Attends meetings, sales rallies and other sales activities to promote company's  Bankard products, update programs, promos, process, and guidelines to increase awareness.
  • Develops, recommends for approval and implements promotional program to accelerate inflows to increase bookings.
  • Reviews and evaluates performances of the implemented sales program to identify systems errors, procedural errors and problem incidents to prevent recurrence of sales programs improvement.
  • Coordinates with concerned groups /division/department to ensure that Sales program is properly communicated.
  • Motivates and coaches the YGC partners to ensure growth of sales.
  • Maintains good business relationship with YGC partners through constant coordination and attending to the immediate requests and queries via branch visit.
  • Resolves issues and concerns regarding daily activities and raise by the YGC partners.
  • Coordinates with external sales contact person in the development and implementation of sales program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College graduate of a business course or business related course
  • 3 to 5 years working experience with at least 2-3 years experience in sales and account management
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • With strong presentation skills
