End-to-End Fund Accounting Lead - Pasay | Onsite for 2-4 days/month

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
- Over 3 years in end-to-end fund accounting, specifically in private equity.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience, including managing KPIs.
- Familiarity with Sage Intact and/or Investran.

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in a contact center environment (preferred).

Project Management:
- Capable of balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.

Flexibility:
- Willingness to work night shifts and a hybrid setup (2-4 times per month) in  Pasay City.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Services Offered:
- Capital calls and distributions.
- Audit and tax support.
- Pre/post-close services.
- Quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Limited Partner communications.

Client Support Tools:
- Real-time Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and portfolio data.
- Additional data metrics like TVPI (Total Value to Paid-In) and RVPI (Residual Value to Paid-In).

Team Lead Duties:
- Establishing and executing processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitoring and improving service quality to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conducting daily and monthly audits of work processes.
- Assisting team members in daily operations and addressing performance variances.
- Coaching and training team members to enhance service delivery.
- Providing regular reports to clients and assisting in the hiring and training of new staff.
