Job Details:

To assist the Board of Directors in managing daily operations, specifically:

  • Service Alignment:
    • Oversee and manage HR to create Job Descriptions and attached Duties and Responsibilities for all positions on the Organizational Chart;
    • Discuss and document discussion of Job Descriptions and attached Duties and Responsibilities with each staff position;
    • Weekly review of service staff performance to ensure delivery at the expected level;
    • Conduct monthly documented Employee Review with staff to be included in respective 201 file.
    • Human Resource Management
      • Review Operations Manual;
      • Review 201 files and coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
      • Review employee job satisfaction;
      • Recommend retention strategies to influence loyalty and company sustainability.
    • Managerial Reporting:
      • Identify Tasks for daily and weekly reporting of all Manager positions;
      • Review deliverables of all positions and recommend changes as necessary;
      • Create and accomplish Employee Review Forms;
      • Review daily sales report with the Marketing Manager;
      • Consolidate all items into one report for the monthly Board Meeting.
    • Business Lines Review:
      • Review the Business Lines targets;
      • Review the Events Calendar to ensure alignment with the Business Lines targets;
      • Review the profitability of each Business Line with Marketing Manager;
      • Discuss new approaches and strategies with Marketing Manager.
    • B2B Marketing:
      • Identify strategic contacts for possible partnerships;
      • Review Marketing targets as assigned to Marketing Manager;
      • Review the role Public Relations staff in events;
      • Develop a partnership plan with the Marketing Manager for presentation to the Board.
    • Information & Data Security:
      • Review existing protocols;
      • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Managers as necessary to centralize the repository of all company's corporate data;
      • Outsource remediation as necessary to secure sensitive data.
