Inpatient Medical Coder (TWFH)

The Inpatient Medical Coder plays a key role in supporting the inpatient coding program by ensuring accurate coding and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any allied medical field
• Minimum of six (6) months of recent inpatient medical coding experience in a BPO/CPO environment
• Active certification required: Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work day shift or flexible shift schedules
