MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Requirements:

    • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
    • Plan system improvements and stay updated on innovations in collections.
    • Analyze delinquent portfolios to optimize loss mitigation, digital collections, and enhance support systems.
    • Oversee dialer management and implement changes smoothly.
  2. People Management:

    • Lead a team of collection and dialer managers, trainers, and other support functions.
    • Set goals, provide direction, and evaluate performance to align with corporate strategies.
    • Communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement needs to stakeholders.
    • Engage with clients on governance, reporting, and key decisions.
  3. Knowledge and Experience:

    • Extensive knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and financial management.
    • Ability to interact across all organizational levels to promote collections goals.
    • Responsible for designing processes, resource planning, and optimizing client needs for competitive bids.
  4. Growth and Performance:

    • Focus on organic growth while managing internal metrics to achieve revenue and margin goals.
    • Regularly develop performance goals and coordinate with the teams for success.
    • Facilitate business reviews and represent the business in client interactions and visits.


REQUIREMENTS

  • College Graduate
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Director
  • Minimum tenure should not be less than 2 years for the past 3 companies
  • Handled a minimum of 500 FTE
  • Willing to work onsite and travel between MOA or Alabang.
  • Must be willing to be on a graveyard shift
