Urgent | Fund Onboarding Analyst | Hybrid

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Financial Reporting/ Financial Analysis experience within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
• Knowledgeable with the life cycle of alternative investment
• Client-facing/reporting experience
• Advanced Excel Skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule (9 PM-6 AM)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA, Pasay

Job Description

• Curate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties
• Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explaining requirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process
• Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned
• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
• Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding
• Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations teams goals through OKR framework
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
