RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Delivery support on the following: 

                  - Transformation Initiatives

                  - Quality and Productivity improvement

                  - Client escalations 

                  - Process assessment to further enhance the existing process 

                  - other related delivery issues 

  • SME for RTR benchmarks and leading practices 
  • Project Manager / SME for deployment/ assessment of new and existing tools and technologies 
  • Perform capacity planned to understand potential gap on team staffing 

OTHERS: 

  • Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift 
  • Project Rest Day: Rotation Off 
  • Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience; At least 5-10 years supervisory experience 
  • In depth work background on RTR domain such JE, MEC, FA, IC, Financial reporting etc. 
  • Finance related education 
  • Knowledgeable on SAP, Blackline, and other related technologies
