Job Details:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of BPO voice experience.
  • At least 6 months of Spanish Bilingual BPO experience.
  • Preferred: Permanent residence Visa (for foreign applicants).
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Completed at least 2 years of college without outstanding subjects.

Additional Details:

  • Work arrangement: Full onsite - McKinley Hill.
  • Schedule: Night shift (shifting), may include weekends, primarily night shifts in a 24/7 environment.
