Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of overall Experience
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in managing teams for contact center services

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of travel sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members.
  • Sales Performance & Strategy: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve objectives. This might involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing sales reports.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Ensuring the team provides high-quality customer service, expert travel advice, and tailored solutions, while also managing and resolving issues and complaints.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with other departments (e.g., operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and aligning departmental goals. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and vendors is also crucial.
