Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of overall Experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in managing teams for contact center services
- Essential Hiring Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in people management
- PC basic knowledge, typing on PC using keyboard shortcuts
- Communication skills
- Coping with stressful situations
- Selling skills
- Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of travel sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve objectives. This might involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing sales reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensuring the team provides high-quality customer service, expert travel advice, and tailored solutions, while also managing and resolving issues and complaints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with other departments (e.g., operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and aligning departmental goals. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and vendors is also crucial.
