QA Manager (Pasay)

Work Setup: Onsite/GY Shift

Requirements:

• 6-8 years exp in BPO
• 3 yrs QA Mangerial role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
• Knowledge in Quality tools and analysis 
• Experience in Insurance domain (preferred)
• Must have understanding on NPS calculation/CSAT
• Knowledge on Quality framework deployment in new transitions
• Candidates need to know how to do RCA
