About the job Call Center Agent (Arabic, English) - Cebu
TASQ is seeking bilingual call center agents fluent in Arabic and English for immediate on-site employment in Cebu City.
**Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**Work Arrangement:** On-Site
**Work Schedule:** Flexible Shifts
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and related services.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation alternatives, and travel packages.
- Assist clients in making reservations and bookings, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with understanding and efficiency, referring more complex matters to higher-level support as necessary.
- Stay informed about current travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction with travel arrangements and address any feedback or concerns after travel.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and operations, to meet customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service Role is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
