Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration: Configure user roles, permissions, and project settings in line with evolving client and internal needs.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day platform activitiesfrom data ingestion to task organization and final output managementto ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate platform issues, coordinate with technical teams, and implement timely solutions or escalations.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop Python scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all platform activities comply with data security, privacy, and organizational policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of operational procedures, incident reports, and process improvements for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technical training or certifications in system administration, cloud services, or SaaS platforms are advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of experience in platform administration, system operations, or a similar technical support capacity.
  • Previous experience managing SaaS or enterprise-level platforms is preferred.
  • Special Certifications (Non-Mandatory): Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or system administration credentials (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python scripting for task automation.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, system integration tools, and monitoring solutions.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with version control (Git) and incident management frameworks.
