Work setup: Hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay, Philippines

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • College Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
  • Must have 1+ years relevant experience
  • Must have Data Management and Automation using VBA and SQL
  • Must have strong communication skills/Client-Facing experience
  • Must have strong Technical Skills in SQL and Excel, particularly in VBA and Macros
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Moderate Microsoft Excel (Power User), Access, and PowerPoint are required (2 years of VBA working knowledge is a must). Must be proficient in Pivot Tables and advanced nested formulas
  • Working knowledge with relational querying concepts, i.e. MS SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experienced at capturing and analyzing relevant data for formulating recommendations
  • Ability to summarize information utilizing charts and graphs using MS PowerPoint
  • Dependability and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information

Nice to have

  • Background in Finance
  • Equipment/Device to take Excel assessment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business requirements for project and business improvements/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Design and develop ad-hoc analysis/reports to help Pricing and Sr. Management drives business decisions and supports strategic initiatives
  • Review data sources and reporting for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to automate reporting and analysis
  • Conduct extensive data prep and analysis of trends
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports/metrics
  • Evaluate/design new and existing macros and report logic
  • Assist in Data Acquisition and Data Preparation process as a business need arises
  • Other ad hoc tasks or activities associated with the Process Analyst Support function and/or tasks within the capability and pay grade of the Process Analyst as may be assigned.
