Qualifications​:​

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor's or college degree in engineering​
  • At least 5 years of working experience in semiconductors or a related field​
  • Experienced in project management (NPI/NPD)​
  • Experience in Assembly operations (Molding, Dispensing, SMT, Die Attach, Wirebond,SAW)​
  • Assembly Process expert ​
  • Must have good communication skills, experienced in customer communication​
  • Willing to lead engineers​
