Finance Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years in accounting, including management experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IFRS, proficiency in NetSuite, and a proactive startup mindset. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to go beyond defined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for SEC filings and compliance
• Lead license preparation and regulatory filings
• Establish financial operations for our Philippines office

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in accounting with management experience
• Deep understanding of IFRS
• Experience with NetSuite
