Educational Requirement: Allied Medical Graduate

Work Experience:

• Experience in Opthalmology (Required)
• With at least 6 months to 2 years relevant experience - Clinical or Surgical
• Good communication skills
• Preferred: experience in medical writing, handling medical devices complaints

Responsibilities:

• Providing Expert Support: Delivering comprehensive information and training to customers on how to use specific products in a clinical setting, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to best practices.
• Clinical and Technical Assistance: Offering clinical and product-related support for medical devices, including assisting in evaluating and resolving product complaints from a clinical standpoint, and documenting case data accurately and in compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
• Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborating with sales teams to promote and increase product adoption, analyzing market trends, competitor products, and consumer behavior to inform strategy, and potentially assisting in setting up projects to drive market share and customer satisfaction.
• Product Development Input: Providing insights into consumer requirements and preferences to influence future product development and working with cross-functional teams like engineering and marketing to ensure product success.
