**Job Responsibilities:**

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script compliance.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to prioritize coaching efforts aligned with business goals.

- Ensure agents follow approved scripts, legal disclosures, and maintain quality standards.

- Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- At least 1 year of experience in coaching or leading a sales team, preferably within a call center setting.

- Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas for various products.

- Strong skills in handling objections effectively.

- Ability to negotiate confidently.

- Familiarity with Sales CRM tools, QA tools, and Excel dashboards.
