Customer Service Representative (Disability Claims experience)

Work Setup: Onsite in Le Grand Ave, Taguig

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree
• With 2+ years of customer-facing work experience preferred.
• Short Term Disability Claim Processing Experience reviewing and gathering information, making phone calls, and making the actual claim decision - at least 1 year or more of successful performance of processing Short Term Disability claims preferred.
• Legal and policy experience - being able to read, interpret policies, policy provisions, and industry regulations to accurately interrupt and apply them to claims situations is preferred.
• Computer skills and typing proficiency Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is preferred.
