TASQ is actively hiring bilingual call center agents fluent in Spanish and English for on-site roles in Cebu City. We're looking for driven and customer-focused individuals who can provide top-quality support in a fast-paced work environment.
What You'll Do:
Communicate confidently with customers in both Spanish and English via phone, chat, or email
Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and accuracy
Deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
Accurately log customer interactions and provide feedback when necessary
Collaborate with teammates to maintain excellent service standards
What Were Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be currently residing in Cebu City or nearby provinces, or willing to relocate
Willing and able to work on-site at our Cebu City office
Must be reachable for interview scheduling and follow-up communication
Foreign applicants must have a valid Philippine work visa
