OVERALL PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for overall strategy and delivery of command center team, which includes: 
    • command center mobilization and stabilization
    • reporting, automation, insights framework and visualization strategy and execution
    • staffing strategy, execution and governance
    • execution of teams role in business continuity plan
    • financial reporting and governance, as this relates to staffing strategy
    • internal and external stakeholder management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to drive revenue and cost optimization through WFM staffing / planning strategy, execution, reporting and governance
  • Formulate and support execution of end to end staffing, reporting, automations and service management strategy
  • Ensure database and data visualization are available timely, are accurate and use latest technology available
  • Supervise direct and functional reports within geography / contract assigned
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate with 10 years of related work experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams
  • Thorough understanding of revenue and cost structure, as they relate to short term to long term staffing strategy
  • Ability to motivate teams and rally the group toward organizational goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Manages large-sized teams dispersed globally and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
  • Requires analysis and solving of complex problems
  • Power to influence or complete assignments independently and ability to make decisions
