TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for English-speaking customer service representatives for Bacolod. What follows is an over-the-phone interview within 24-48 business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old and above (Legal Age Requirement)
At least High School school graduate
At least Senior High School Level or Graduate
At least college-level or Graduate
With or without call center experience
ALS with at least of 6 months of BPO Experience
Must be willing to work on site
Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
Must be willing to work during weekends and/or holiday
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer service representatives assist customers with their concerns, understand their problems, and provide solutions.
*Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of customers
*Adhere to processes and policies implemented by the company and the client
*Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide the correct solutions
*Build rapport and engage customers by going the extra mile
*Ensure proper documentation and manage productivity
*Probably even do sales
*Understand set targets and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are met
