Collections Manager | BGC | Hybrid | Day Shift

Job Description: To establish and manage collections department in the Philippines. Your role will involve hiring and training staff, developing SOPs in line with local regulations, and implementing collections strategies to meet monthly KPIs. You will work closely with other departments, provide regular performance updates to management, and ensure industry best practices for compliance and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of managerial experience in collections (multi-finance, lending, or banking).
• Experience managing desk, field, and agency collections teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Strong English communication skills.
