Collections Manager Philippines
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Philippines (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Role Overview:
As Collections Manager, youll lead the setup and management of our Philippines collections operations, collaborating closely with leadership to build a high-performing team and achieve key targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the collections department.
• Hire, train, and mentor collections staff.
• Develop and enforce collections SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Implement and execute collections strategies to meet monthly KPIs.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 5+ years in managerial collections roles (finance, lending, or banking).
• Proven experience managing desk, field, and agency teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
