TASQ is looking to hire for the CS CoE Center of Excellence Assistant Manager role ASAP.

**Position: CS - Center of Excellence Assistant Manager (Taguig)**

**Responsibilities:**

- Developing process definitions or frameworks for coaching, training, reporting, governance, and workforce management.

- Implementing process improvements and creating process frameworks.

**Requirements:**

- At least 5 years of experience in the BPO sector with a focus on customer service.

- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience managing a customer service team.

- A college degree in any field.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts.

- Must be available to work onsite in BGC Taguig.

- Able to start immediately.
